This blog was originally launched way back in 2005. It was surprisingly popular for a blog that was only occasionally updated. Unfortunately other projects, lack of time, and some “technical difficulties” forced me to close it down in 2009…

But now it’s back!

I hope to turn Fresh Healthy Useful into one of the best natural health blogs online. I’ll be posting lots of useful health news and articles every week. Just the good stuff.
